Let’s be clear. We are not selling shares of stock or securities of any kind right now. Your money will be used to build and conduct real physical experiments designed to test just how far the 2nd law goes in its scope. It will also be used to secure intellectual property.
If we are right, and the second law may not hold within certain physical regimes, the next step will be to develop and engineer large scale energy recycling technology. At that point it will make sense to raise serious money – on the order of hundreds of millions. That kind of money is typically available through a public stock offering. We pledge to do everything we can when that time comes to make that initial offering available to you on the same terms the large institutional investors would get.
We can’t predict whether a single large investor will step in and change the game. We can’t predict what the Government will do once it becomes clear that we are on to something real and big. But we can say that recognizing those who have helped us, and recompensing them, is important to us. As a matter of personal dignity and honor, we hold this as very important.
